Sourcing each from a different fabricator means separate approvals, staggered deliveries and documents that do not line up on site. RUIX supplies the fabricated steel and aluminium parts behind these systems: mounting rails, brackets, purlins, clamps and base plates for solar arrays; rack uprights, support frames and cabinet bases for battery enclosures; and structural sections, brackets and fasteners for wind and charging station installations.

We work from drawings, samples or worn parts, coordinating cutting, bending, welding, drilling and punching at the factory so parts arrive assembly-ready. Hot-dip galvanized, pre-galvanized and powder-coated finishes are available to suit outdoor, coastal and high-humidity sites. Material can be supplied to GB, ASTM, EN or JIS standards with mill test certificates, and we run a first article and dimensional report before production, holding the approved specification for repeat orders.

Where a project calls for PV hardware alongside BESS structural parts and fasteners, we consolidate the mixed order into a single container with one set of documents. That keeps site deliveries and paperwork manageable without splitting the package across multiple suppliers.
