Commercial greenhouse and horticulture projects depend on a light steel or aluminum skeleton that stays dimensionally stable over repeated covering cycles, and buyers typically have to source structural sections, connecting parts and covering fixings from different suppliers. RUIX supplies the frame package — hoops and arched bows, vertical posts, trusses and purlins, base plates, cross connectors and bracing — together with the lock channels, wiggle wires and film-fastening clips that secure the covering material, plus bench frames and irrigation support brackets.

We work from your drawings, standard profiles, or a worn sample from an existing greenhouse, reverse-engineering the section and hole pattern when no drawing is available. At the factory we coordinate cutting, bending, punching, drilling and welding, with hot-dip galvanized, pre-galvanized or powder-coated finishes selected for the humid, chemically active environment inside a growing house. Aluminum profiles are available for glazing and shade systems where weight and corrosion matter.

Because a greenhouse bill of materials mixes long structural members with small clamps, brackets and fasteners, we consolidate the full list into one container with one set of documents, rather than leaving the buyer to coordinate several suppliers. Material can be supplied to GB, ASTM, EN or JIS standards with mill test certificates, and approved specifications are retained for repeat orders so extension phases and replacement parts match the original build.
