Why buyers use us for assemblies

An assembly usually needs several processes: cutting, bending, welding, machining of mating faces, surface treatment and fitting of hardware. Placed with separate suppliers, each step adds a hand-over where tolerances and responsibility get lost. We plan the whole sequence, place each step with a workshop that fits it, and check the assembly as one item.

How it runs

1. You send the drawing, quantity and finish.
2. Our engineer reviews it and raises questions on weld access, distortion, machining after welding and finish before quoting.
3. For a new part, we can make a first piece for your approval before the batch.
4. The batch is fabricated, finished and fitted with its hardware.
5. Parts are checked against the drawing, packed to protect finished surfaces and shipped.
